Acceptance of terms
By downloading and using Love You, Daily, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the app
Love You, Daily is designed to help you strengthen your relationship through small daily actions. You agree to use the app for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose.
Privacy
The app doesn’t send your data to us. It stays on your iPhone and in your own iCloud account. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how the app handles your information.
LYD Plus purchases
LYD Plus is available as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple processes every purchase and shows you the price before you confirm. Payment details stay with Apple.
The annual subscription renews automatically each year. Apple charges your Apple ID within the 24 hours before the current year ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
If your subscription starts with a free trial, Apple charges you when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Buying the lifetime purchase doesn’t cancel a trial or subscription, so cancel it in Settings if you no longer need it.
To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and choose LYD Plus. Canceling stops the next renewal. LYD Plus stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
The lifetime purchase is a single payment and never renews.
Apple handles refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you reinstall LYD or move to a new iPhone, tap Restore Purchases in the app to turn LYD Plus back on.

Limitation of liability
Substruct, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the last update is noted below.
