Each day, LYD shows one check-in button. Once you've done something kind for your partner, tap it to mark the day complete. Your check-in resets automatically at midnight local time.

Up to two gentle reminders a day: one in the morning (a random time between 8–11 AM) and one in the evening (3–7 PM). You can turn each on or off. If you've already checked in, that day's reminders cancel automatically. LYD Plus lets you pick exact times.

Yes. Your data never leaves your device — no accounts, no servers, no analytics in the app. Check-ins, notes, and settings are stored on your phone. If you enable iCloud backup with LYD Plus, data goes to your personal iCloud Drive, which only you can access.

After checking in, you can add a brief note about what you did. Entries stay private on your device. Free users get 10 journal entries; LYD Plus unlocks unlimited journaling. You can also hide journal entries on the Today screen for extra privacy.

Your current streak of consecutive check-in days, your longest streak, and — if you set them up — weekly or monthly goals. That's it.

Yes. Go to the Progress screen, tap a past day, and you can update its check-in status or add and edit a journal note.

No. LYD doesn't support accounts at all. Everything stays local, so there's nothing to sign up for and no personal information to hand over.

Yes. You can manually export your data from Settings to your private iCloud Drive. LYD Plus adds automatic iCloud backups so you never have to think about it.
